Terms of service

These terms cover your use of the Tables By Vauss website, purchases from our studio and the studio's Google Merchant Center connection. By using these services, you agree to these terms.

About the shop

Tables By Vauss is a handmade furniture and art studio in Atlanta, Georgia. Please read the description, dimensions, available options and condition of a piece before ordering. Handmade pieces can have small variations in finish and colour, and screens can display colours differently. This does not limit your rights if an item is defective or does not match its description.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorised to use. Review your selected pieces and the full order total, including discounts, shipping and any tax shown at checkout, before paying. Card payments are processed by Stripe.

Availability can change, especially for one-of-a-kind pieces. If an availability, pricing or payment problem affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement.

Shipping, returns and custom work

Our shipping policy explains delivery, current shipping charges and available destinations. Our returns and refunds policy explains final sales, cancellations and how to contact us about a damaged, incorrect or missing order. Please read both before purchasing.

For commissioned work, the design, price and production timeline are agreed with the studio. Any written terms specific to your commission also apply. Nothing in these terms or the linked policies removes consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Using the website

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with the service, attempt to access another person's account or private information, or upload harmful material. You are responsible for having permission to use any images or designs you send us for a commission.

Website photographs, text, artwork and branding may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Commercial reuse requires permission from the relevant rights holder.

Google Merchant Center connection

The Google Merchant connection is for the studio owner and authorised operators. Only connect a Merchant Center account you are authorised to manage. The connection submits catalogue updates and displays account, product and performance information.

Google's terms and policies also apply to its services. Google controls listing review and approval; we do not guarantee approval, visibility, traffic or sales. Service availability can be affected by maintenance, third-party outages or revoked authorisation.

The owner can revoke Google access and request removal of connection records as described in our privacy policy. Products and feed schedules already configured in Merchant Center must be managed there separately.

Privacy and other services

Our privacy policy explains how we handle shopping, contact and connected-account information. Linked websites and third-party payment, delivery and platform services have their own terms and privacy policies.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version with an updated date. Changes apply to future use and orders; they do not retrospectively change an existing order's agreed terms. For questions or help resolving a problem, email hello@tablesbyvauss.net.
