Yes. Send your idea, preferred dimensions and reference images through Custom Orders. Agree the design, price and production timeline with the studio before making begins.

What size is it?

Open a piece to see its dimensions and materials. Where a detail is missing, ask the studio before ordering.

When will it arrive?

Production or dispatch time is separate from delivery time. Check the piece details and shipping information, and confirm any deadline with the studio.

How do I pay?

Pay by card through Stripe. Available additional payment methods appear on the payment page. Your receipt and order updates go to the email you provide.

How do I follow my order?

Your confirmation links to your order. The studio adds progress updates and tracking when your parcel ships; delivery status follows the carrier.

What if my parcel arrives damaged?

Keep the packaging and contact the studio with your order number and photos. Read the damage and final-sale policy before ordering.

Where can I find customer feedback?

Read or submit a review. Published feedback shows its source, and optional customer media is moderated before appearing.
